Bases can be substituted with a pound of Hershey's Kisses ( $7.95) or a 12 oz. can of Jelly Bellies ($9.95).
The minimum delivery charge for local orders is $20. Additional delivery charges may apply based on the distance from Campbell, Ca..
Additional charges will apply for specified time deliveries and for deliveries outside of regular business hours.
Balloonatics reserves the right to substitute balloons and other bouquet components based on product availability.
